Rental garden refresh with a small budget.
This was a developer’s delight ‘garden’ – an all-too-common outdoor space that is treated as an afterthought when building investment properties. The renter wished to make the garden more enjoyable for them and their cat, and less of a heat trap. They were happy to leave some weeds, such as dandelions, to green up the space and provide for pollinators while the new plants were establishing.
Our design was brought to life using a mix of budget-friendly tubestock, wildflower seeds and reusing existing pots and planters.
